E-Learning Content Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive learning materials based on lesson plans and project timelines.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop and present deliverables to clients.

• Update and revise content based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Upload completed learning materials onto the client’s Learning Management System.

• Create digital content such as web pages, bite-sized videos, infographics and interactive learning activities.

• Ensure learning materials meet the required quality and SCORM standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology or a related field.

• Relevant experience in content development or e-learning will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of SCORM requirements.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Lectora, Dreamweaver, Raptivity or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, XML or other web technologies will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with learning tools such as Kahoot!, Mentimeter or similar applications.

• Experience in curriculum design or training content development is preferred.

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work within project timelines.

• Able to work on-site at SAF camps when required.
