Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:15pm in Pioneer from Mon to Fri Job Description: We are looking for a motivated R&D Engineer to support new product development and improvement projects. The role involves laboratory testing, data analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Support R&D projects including product development, testing, and qualification activities

• Conduct laboratory trials, collect data, perform analysis, and troubleshoot issues

• Prepare technical reports, test records, and documentation

• Support customer sample requests and product improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams on technical solutions

• Maintain laboratory safety standards and support continuous improvement activities

• Perform SAP updates and administrative documentation tasks

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electronics, or related fields

• Hands on experience in solder/ sinter paste
