If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of digital currency, then look no further than Bitget!What you'll doBusiness Insight & Solution Implementation: Co-create AI application scenarios with business teams (e.g., AIAgent, Risk Control, Compliance, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Translation, etc.), define clear objectives and metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention, response latency, interception rate, automation rate); perform feasibility analysis and MVP design; drive end-to-end deployment from PoC to productization and scaling.Model & System Development: Develop task-oriented / knowledge-based agents based on LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration; apply fine-tuning, instruction alignment, evaluation, and continual learning tailored to exchange scenarios; explore strategy models (prompt engineering, LoRA, DPO/ORPO, synthetic data augmentation); build multi-modal applications (text/audio/charts/market data) to enhance user experience and efficiency.Data & Evaluation: Build data pipelines including data collection, annotation, cleaning, quality evaluation, and feature engineering; create offline benchmarks and online A/Bmeasure effectiveness and cost, driving continuous iteration.Engineering & Production Operations: Turn prototypes into production-grade services with APIs/microservices, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, canary release, auto-scaling; ensure performance in latency, throughput, stability, and cost, while ensuring compliance and privacy security.Compliance & Security: Adhere to crypto industry compliance requirements; help build AI capabilities in KYC/KYB, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-fraud, and content compliance.What you'll need Educational Background:Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome). Skills/Experience: Proficient programming skills: strong in Python; familiarity with at least one backend language (Go, Java, Node.js, etc.) is a plus.Familiar with LLM ecosystems and common frameworks: AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, DeepSpeed, Ray, Flow-based frameworks (e.g., Haystack, DSPy, etc. are a plus).Understanding of RAG, vector databases (Milvus, FAISS, pgvector, Weaviate), embeddings, and prompt engineering.Basic experience in model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT), and knowledge of model evaluation and synthetic data generation.Web/API development and engineering skills: REST/gRPC, Docker/Kubernetes, and logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Familiar with machine learning/deep learning techniques; practical experience in offline evaluation and online experiments (e.g., A/B testing); experience in one or more areas such as recommendation, search, risk control, customer support automation, or knowledge management is a plus. Soft Skills:Interest or background in Web3, on-chain data, order matching, quantitative trading strategies, risk control, or compliance.Understanding of exchange business data flow and user journey; strong business sense and ROI-driven mindset.Strong problem decomposition and structured thinking; good cross-team communication and product awareness. Self-driven and curious, able to rapidly drive MVP development and iteration in uncertain environments. Language Requirement:Good English reading skills, able to follow cutting-edge research and open-source community updates.
