Operations Engineer (JD#11259)

Job Summary We are seeking an operations engineer responsible for supporting API integrations, partner onboarding, SIT/UAT activities, production operations, incident management, and service improvements for digital platforms. Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline;

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, API Integration Support, or similar roles;

• Hands-on experience with API integrations and REST API troubleshooting using Postman, Swagger, Redocly, or similar tools;

• Experience coordinating and executing SIT, UAT, and production releases;

• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills;

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience supporting B2B integrations, digital platforms, or data exchange ecosystems;

• Knowledge of AWS and monitoring/observability tools;

• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams;

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices;

• Exposure to automation and AI-powered operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage API integrations with partners;

• Coordinate partner onboarding, SIT, UAT, production readiness, and releases;

• Troubleshoot production issues through log, API, and system analysis;

• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities;

• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support guides;

• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and operational efficiency;

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards;

• Participate in on-call production support when required.
