Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform & M365

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Azure to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This is a specialised architecture role for candidates with proven experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint migration, M365 governance, Azure integration and enterprise solution architecture. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.

• Lead architecture and implementation of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

• Design and govern SharePoint Online and hybrid SharePoint environments.

• Lead or contribute to SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations.

• Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with Azure, Dynamics 365, data warehouses and enterprise applications.

• Establish governance covering security, identity, access control, data retention and compliance.

• Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

• Work with business stakeholders and senior leadership to translate requirements into technical architecture and delivery roadmaps.

• Provide technical leadership to developers, architects and implementation teams.

• Establish or improve Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.

• Support solution design, technical reviews, implementation governance and production readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with significant Solution Architecture experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Advanced experience in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, dashboards and Power BI Service.

• Strong experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Strong SharePoint Online experience.

• Experience with SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint migration.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Azure.

• Experience designing enterprise integration solutions.

• Experience with security, governance, RBAC and compliance.

• Experience leading technical teams and working with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).

• SharePoint 2013/2019/Subscription Edition to SharePoint Online migration.

• Dynamics 365 / Dataverse integration.

• SPFx development.

• Azure Functions and Azure integration.

• Enterprise data warehouse integration.

• Agile / SAFe delivery environments.

• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
