Senior Software Engineer

Job Description ·      We are looking for passionate Senior Software Engineer/Full Stack Engineers to join product teams focused on building impactful digital solutions for government agencies. ·      You will collaborate within cross-functional product squads alongside Quality Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Owners to develop innovative software products that create meaningful outcomes for public sector users and citizens. Key Responsibilities:: ·      Partner with government agencies to build and continuously enhance high-quality digital products that solve real user needs. ·      Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers & Product Owners to deliver user-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycle. ·      Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. ·      Lead architecture and system design for new features and external integrations by evaluating technical approaches and producing secure, scalable, and maintainable designs. ·       Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and other engineering teams to resolve dependencies, technical risks, and align architectural decisions. ·      Provide technical leadership by guiding implementation, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery. ·      Develop clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code while conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices. ·       Champion modern technologies, engineering practices, and tools to improve product quality, delivery efficiency, maintainability, and user experience. ·      Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. ·      rovide operational support by monitoring application health, responding to production incidents, and improving system reliability. Required Qualifications: ·      Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines. ·      Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals. ·      Experience in Architecture, System Design & Application Integration. ·      Experience leading technical delivery from solution design through implementation. ·      Experience with Cloud-based Application Development and modern engineering practices including: ·      Extreme Programming (XP) ·       Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) ·      Hands-on experience with: o   Go  NET o    TypeScript o   Angular o   ReactJS Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. ·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. ·       Experience with SHIP-HATS and GitLab CI/CD Pipelines is an advantage. ·      Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments. ·      Passion for serving the public through technology. Preferred Qualifications:: ·       Experience with: o   AWS o   Terraform o   Docker Other cloud infrastructure tools o    Experience with Singapore Government Tech Stack products: o   APEX o    Cloud File Transfer (CFT)
