Listing Operation officer

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Listing OperationsManage the end-to-end operational process for new project launches, ensuring all required steps, materials, and timelines are completed accurately and efficiently.Coordinate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.Maintain standardized processes, checklists, and timelines for project launches and continuously improve operational efficiency.Act as a key point of contact for external project teams throughout the launch process.Campaign Planning & GrowthDevelop and execute marketing campaigns and growth initiatives for newly launched projects.Coordinate campaign execution across relevant channels and stakeholders.Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, evaluate ROI, and provide data-driven insights.Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Promotion & ExposureCoordinate with external agencies and partners to support launch-related promotional activities.Manage KOL/influencer outreach and collaboration, including campaign coordination, content delivery, and performance tracking.Explore new channels and partnership opportunities to increase project visibility and user engagement.Project & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external project teams to ensure alignment on launch requirements and timelines.Identify potential operational risks or delays and proactively coordinate solutions.Prepare regular project updates and post-launch performance reviews.Requirements2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related role within the digital technology or financial services industry.Experience in project launch, product operations, or platform operations is highly preferred.Experience working with international teams, external partners, agencies, or KOL/influencer networks is a strong plus.Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and evaluate ROI.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
