Responsibilities Research and develop machine learning (ML) systems, including heterogeneous computing architecture, management, monitoring, and deployment of ML systems. Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, natural language processing and human-computer interaction technology. Extract or generate features with ML models to support downstream tasks like search and recommendation. Participate in developing core systems and algorithms. Write technical roadmap documents, patent applications and academic papers. Mentor junior research scientists.

Qualifications Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1year of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Implementing machine learning algorithms, performance analysis, and computer architecture; Designing, implementing, and developing large-scale distributed systems using Python, C, C++, Java, Bash, or JavaScript; Researching and developing routing and scheduling algorithms to improve system performance including throughput and latency; Preparing technical documentation, including one of the following: (1) technical initiatives; (2) design proposals; or (3) publishing conference or journal papers; Prototyping and developing machine learning and natural language processing models; Designing and implementing machine learning models and machine learning algorithms and deploying them in real production environments, including mobile devices and web servers, using Python, C, C++, PyTorch, TensorRT, or ONNX; and Working with general infrastructure systems including parallel and distributed systems, cloud computing, and cloud storage.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.
