Regional Strategic Account Manager, APAC (HVAC for Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore (Regional APAC Scope) Industry: Data Centers | Cooling Solutions | Mission Critical Infrastructure

We are partnering with a global HVAC solutions MNC to look for a Regional Strategic Key Account Manager to lead one of its most important hyperscale customer relationships across Asia Pacific. This is a highly visible commercial leadership role responsible for driving account strategy, revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term partnership development within the rapidly expanding data center sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies across key markets in Asia Pacific

• Build and maintain relationships with end users, developers, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders

• Identify upcoming projects and influence specifications during early project stages

• Lead commercial discussions and manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through project award

• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to develop tailored customer solutions

• Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and emerging industry trends

• Support long-term partnerships with major enterprise and infrastructure customers

• Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy commercial performance\

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline

• Experience in business development or account management with hyperscale data centers across APAC

• Background within data centers, building services, HVAC, thermal management, mission critical facilities, industrial equipment, or related sectors

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

• Experience managing regional or multinational accounts would be advantageous

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly technical environment
