Software Test Analyst (Banking / Fresh Graduate Welcome) - CBD or North-East

Job responsibilities:

• Handle Manual / Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA / other bank approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan

• Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline

• Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest

• Review UAT test results and publish test metrics

• Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail

• Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system/ enhancement to impacted operations and/ or business users

• Provide post-implementation support to operations users

Job requirements:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or relevant field

• Fresh graduates welcomed / entry level experience preferably in financial institutions

• Experience in operations especially Swift standard in either Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels will be an added advantage

• Proficient computer skills or programming skills

• Experience in automation using tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Appium will be advantageous

• Strong analytical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Motivated driven and can work under pressure and able to completetask given within the project timeline

• Have a strong organization belonging, team player and willing toshare knowledge

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn andmotivated to find solutions to the problem
