Job Title: Payment Partnership BDKey Responsibilities:Drive Payment Channel & Card Issuing Partnerships: Strategically identify, evaluate, onboard, and nurture relationships with payment service providers, banks, fintech platforms, digital wallets, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and issuing banks to expand and optimize the company’s payment infrastructure, including card issuing programs (virtual and physical cards).Manage Partnership & Card Issuing Execution: Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, including negotiation of commercial terms, card program setup, technical integration, BIN sponsorship coordination, and ongoing performance management to ensure smooth operations and maximum business value.Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global and regional payment trends, card issuing opportunities, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to strengthen the company’s payment and card offerings.Partner Support: Deliver high-quality, ongoing support to payment and card issuing partners by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating seamless collaboration to build strong, long-term strategic relationships.Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively assess and manage risks related to payment channels and card issuing activities, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, KYC/AML, PCI-DSS standards, and internal policies.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, operations, and legal to ensure successful integration, efficient operations, and continuous improvement of payment solutions and card programs.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, card issuing volumes, transaction metrics, revenue impact, market opportunities, and strategic KPIs to internal stakeholders and senior management.Requirements:Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or payment solutions roles within fintech, cryptocurrency, or traditional financial services, with exposure to card issuing programs preferred.Strong understanding of payment systems, various payment channels (cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, local methods), card issuing processes, and the broader fintech ecosystem.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain high-level strategic relationships.Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting quickly to market changes.Familiarity with payment platforms, card issuing operations, integration processes, regulatory frameworks (KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, etc.), and cross-border payment operations.
