【Job Description】Responsible for platform user growth and activity operations, aiming to increase user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. Develop and implement relevant business growth strategies and activity mechanisms.【Job Responsibilities】1. User Growth and ConversionDevelop and optimize strategies for user acquisition, conversion, retention, and viral growth, based on data analysis and continuously iterate;Manage the user lifecycle, through strategy touchpoints and product node optimization, to achieve automated growth and revenue improvement.2. Activity Planning and ExecutionHave a complete and mature activity strategy and project implementation experience, design growth activities for spot business/platform integrated marketing business;Develop differentiated strategies based on user segmentation to improve ROI and revenue;Coordinate project and activity implementation, and maximize the effectiveness by integrating internal and external resources.3. Data Analysis and ReviewBe responsible for data monitoring, dashboard building, user behavior analysis, strategy formulation, and ROI calculation, optimize activities to enhance activity engagement and conversion;Regularly output activity review reports, and accumulate SOPs and reusable templates.4. Market Insights and InnovationPay attention to industry trends and competitor strategies, innovate activities based on product characteristics;Explore user education, integrated marketing, brand promotion, etc. as new growth methods.【Qualifications】2-3 years of experience in the blockchain industry, and experience in user growth/activity operation closed-loop;Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in marketing, communication, operation, finance, etc.;Good data sense and proficient in using data analysis tools, guiding analysis and decision-making;Fluent in English, able to conduct daily work communication in a fluent manner, with an international perspective and communication skills;Strong ability to handle pressure, good at problem decomposition, have complete project closed-loop experience, and be able to independently drive projects and collaborate across teams. 【Bonus Points】Have experience in growth business at a leading exchange;Familiar with overseas market culture, and have successfully executed large-scale user growth activities for the platform.
