Position Title: Project Director (Data Centers)

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview Lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from planning through completion.

• Lead project teams and manage key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource planning.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Support client engagement, project pursuits, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex construction or mission-critical projects.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

• Experience managing projects across multiple locations is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
