Resident Engineer (SG00519.00)

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of site experience and/or experience in the supervision of Civil Engineering work.

• Experience in site work or site supervision relating to the construction of Structural Demolition (RC and Steel) Works, micropile, borepile, steel structures, A&A works related, existing structures strengthening.

• Particular experience in supervision of structural steel works.

• Able to start work at the end of September 2026.

• Anticipated project duration from Early Sep 2026 to Oct 2027.

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB and registered with IES as Resident Engineer.

• Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site Resident Engineer.

Job Description:

• Successful candidate is expected to exercise due diligence and provide immediate full-time supervision according to the plans of building works approved under section 5 of the Building Control Act;

• Must comply with his/her statutory duties with regard to the supervision of works on site as stipulated in Building Control Act and Regulations; and

• Report to and work under the direction of Qualified Person for Supervision [QP(S)].
