Quality Engineer / (Semiconductor)

• Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Location: Serangoon
• Permanent role Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Packing Material (Tray, Carrier tape) suppliers to design or select suitable carrier for IC products.

• Review packing materials designs and propose changes if required

• Draft, maintain and update supplier and customer-facing documents related to packing and media

• Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective actions

• Support on boarding activities of new suppliers for packing and labelling

• Support managing 3rd party supplier (for reinspection and re-packing of IC products)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Materials Science Engineering

• With experience in SEMICON industry, Assembly and Test, Packing Material is preferred.

• Knowledge in AUTOCAD or any drawing apps, and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
