M&E Engineer (Building Facility/Grade A/Commercial)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead M&E technicians and oversee daily building operations.

• Manage ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing and sanitary systems.

• Plan and monitor maintenance works and contractors.

• Manage maintenance contracts, repairs, procurement and CAPEX projects.

• Coordinate tenant fit-outs and ensure M&E/statutory compliance.

• Handle tenant feedback, inspections and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor utilities and support energy-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience.

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
