End User Computing (EUC) Engineer / Workplace Technology Specialist (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer / Workplace Technology Specialist to manage and support enterprise workplace technologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and end-user experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.

• Manage and troubleshoot Webex, Cisco Meeting Room, and Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.

• Support and maintain Active Directory user and access management.

• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, policy deployment, and endpoint security.

• Provide technical support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for end-user computing services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams).

• Hands-on experience with Webex, Cisco Meeting Rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.

• Experience managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
