Avaloq Developer

Job Description ·      We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer / Application Management Support Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on Avaloq development experience. ·      The successful candidate will be responsible for Avaloq development and parameterization, application enhancements, configuration, build and release management, and technical support. ·      The role requires strong expertise in the Avaloq Core Platform, ICE, and Configuration & Release Management, with the ability to work across teams, solve complex technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in software delivery. Key Responsibilities ·      Develop, configure, customize, and enhance applications using the Avaloq Core Platform. ·      Perform Avaloq development and parameterization based on business and technical requirements. ·      Work with Avaloq ICE and support related development and integration activities. ·      Manage application configuration, build, deployment, and release activities. ·      Ensure adherence to established Configuration and Release Management processes and standards. ·       Support Build Management and Design & Build Enablement activities. ·      Analyse complex technical challenges and implement scalable, high-quality solutions. ·      Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and application support. ·      Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. ·      Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes. ·      Drive improvements to software development processes, application quality, and team productivity. ·      Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members. ·      Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to solutions involving multiple teams. ·      Understand evolving business requirements and translate them into actionable development solutions. ·      Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies and tools to improve software delivery and application performance. Required Skills & Experience ·      1–3 years of hands-on experience as an Avaloq Developer is mandatory. ·      Strong experience in Avaloq Core Platform development and parameterization. Experience with Avaloq ICE. ·      Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management. ·      Good understanding of Build Management and Design & Build Enablement. ·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ·      Experience working in Agile/software development environments. ·       Good communication and stakeholder management skills. ·      Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. ·      Certification Avaloq Core Certified Professional (ACCP) – Preferred, but optional.
