Senior Python Developer (AI)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Python-based applications and services.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable and reusable software components using Python and open-source frameworks.

• Develop solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, including RAG, fine-tuning, and related frameworks.

• Integrate applications with databases, including RDBMS, NoSQL and graph databases.

• Write unit tests and automated tests following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins and TeamCity.

• Work with data processing and data engineering tasks as required.

• Develop scripts and automation using Python, Shell and regular expressions.

Technical Skills Required for Python Developer Role

• Familiar with the Python programming language.

• Strong experience using open-source frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, etc.

• Familiar with Test-Driven Development methodology.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity.

• Experience using databases, like RDBMS, NoSQL, or graph databases.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, e.g., fine-tuning, distillation, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, A2A.

• Good knowledge of core AI/ML concepts.

• Experience in data engineering.

• Experience using scripting languages, e.g., Shell, regular expressions.

• Experience with Agile methodology, e.g., sprint planning, daily Scrum, retrospective, etc.

• Basic knowledge of using Linux.

• Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and public cloud management.
