IT Business Analyst

Job Requirements Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience.

• Relevant hands-on experience supporting Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects is required due to the nature of the role, which involves government-specific business processes, systems, stakeholders, and operational requirements.

• Experience engaging with Singapore Government ministries, agencies, statutory boards, or public-sector organisations.

• Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and functional documentation.

• Experience with UAT, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent tools.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting Singapore Public Sector digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience with government case management, citizen services, healthcare IT, or enterprise applications.

• Experience with IBM Cúram, DB2, Postman API, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Experience working with Singapore Government ministries, statutory boards, agencies, or other public-sector organisations.
