Job Description

A well established company in Singapore, supplier of machinery, equipment & system for beverage and liquid-food processing industry, innovative process technology solutions for beverage producers in the Asia-Pacific region. Workplace: nearest MRT Tanjong Pagar Responsibilities

  • Review customer enquiries, RFQs, technical specifications, and drawings.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and commercial proposals.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and lead-time information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and costing information.
  • Prepare BOMs and costing calculations.
  • Analyze project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain quotation records and supporting documentation.
  • Support tender submissions and customer clarification requests.
  • Follow up on quotation status and support the sales process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Graduates, no related experience are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in quotation, estimation, project coordination, technical sales, or engineering roles are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Engineering background with an interest in commercial and costing functions.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and technical information.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
  • Able to communicate with suppliers, customers,and internal stakeholders.
