UX Designer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, interaction, design thinking or product design with a track record of shipped products.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem-solving, user research methods, and design reasoning.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and mobile/web interface patterns.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to leadership and cross-functional peers.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
