Mechanical / Project Engineer (ACMV)

We are looking for Mechanical / Project Engineers (ACMV) to support the execution and delivery of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ACMV project installation works

• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Prepare method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other M&E trades

• Perform relevant ACMV calculations and equipment sizing

• Support testing, commissioning and project handover

• Monitor site progress and ensure works meet project requirements

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Experience in ACMV / HVAC construction projects is preferred

• Knowledge of AHU, FCU, ducting and chilled-water systems will be advantageous

• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills

• Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for coordination with Mandarin-speaking project stakeholders
