IT Infrastructure Engineer - 1537

Scope:

• Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations Applications.

• Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.

• Ensure compliance with the Authority's Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT Policies.

• Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications. (eg. LMS Syslog, MXNet, APIMG, IDM, etc)

• Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.

• Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.

• Work with SR/OS Team on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.

• Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.

• Experience with AI and machine learning tools, platforms, with use cases within an ICT infrastructure or platform operations context.

• Support and contribute to the team's automation front (eg. Configuration Management & Automated Testing) via AI initiatives, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance platform operations efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery outcomes.

• Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
