Listing Operation Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily operations of listed projects, including user growth initiatives, trading activity optimization, and operational performance tracking. Analyze user behavior, trading data, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven operation strategies. Develop, execute, and optimize operational campaigns to improve user engagement, retention, and trading volume. Work closely with Product teams to configure and launch operational features, campaigns, and user incentives. Monitor the effectiveness of operational activities, conduct performance reviews, and continuously adjust strategies based on data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, BD, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution of operational plans. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide operational recommendations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.2+ years of experience in operations, project management, growth marketing, or related roles within crypto, blockchain, fintech, or technology industries.Prior experience in crypto exchange listing operations, token projects, or Web3 ecosystem operations is highly preferred.Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across different teams and regions.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and operational metrics.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.Passionate about blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with crypto exchanges (CEX), token projects, launch campaigns, or Web3 communities.Existing understanding of token listing processes, market operations, and crypto user growth strategies.Experience collaborating with KOLs, agencies, or ecosystem partners.
