- To conduct detail study and prepare layout plan and report on production lines to be modified or automated for quality, productivity and cost improvement.
- To generate requirements for new automated equipment or improvements of existing handling equipment.
- Assist the superior and project leader to obtain competitive quotations for budget submission and approval.
- To coordinate project activities with operational personnel, supervise sub-contractors and vendors to ensure schedule milestone are met and within budget.
- Have to work closely with cross functional teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for continues productivity and process improvements.
- Assist project leader to prepare timely and accurate project documentation and reporting to keep management and team members updated.
- Handle Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, etc.
