Desired Experience Range Total Experience: 5+ years in End User Computing / Workplace Services Endpoint Security & Compliance: 3+ years Automation & Scripting: 2+ years
- 3–7 years of experience in EUC support, desktop support, field support, deskside support, or IT service desk escalation roles.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Microsoft, endpoint management, desktop support, or security-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise users, executive users, meeting rooms, device refresh projects, or managed workplace services is preferred.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
- MUST HAVE strong knowledge and experience in Workspace ONE, SMAX and Site 24x7.
- Must have strong experience in vulnerability remediation of end point devices.
- Strong hands-on experience in desktop support, EUC field support, deskside support, or technical support in an enterprise environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, laptop / desktop hardware, peripherals, printers, docking stations, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, patching, and software deployment tools such as Omnissa Workspace ONE, SCCM, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, Teams Phone, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with remote support tools such as BeyondTrust Remote Support / Bomgar or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of endpoint security controls including antivirus, EDR, encryption, hardening, access control, and compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint-to-network path checks.
- Experience with ITSM tools, ticket management, incident management, request fulfillment, problem management, and SLA-driven support.
- Ability to support AV / meeting room technologies, collaboration devices, and executive event support requirements.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, secure disposal, and audit documentation.
Good-to-Have · Experience with SCCM/MECM co-management. · Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, SC-300). · Experience with vulnerability remediation programs. · Experience supporting large-scale Intune migration and modernization initiatives. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations
