• Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Quotations & Proposals

• Location: Robinson Road

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.00AM to 5.00PM

• Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

• Benefits: 14-24 Days Annual Leave + $2,000 Medical Benefits + WFH Flexibility (To be Discussed)

• Duration: Permanent

Why Join?

• Our client is an established engineering solutions company seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support quotations, cost estimation and customer proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer enquiries, RFQs, technical specifications and drawings.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and commercial proposals.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing and lead times.

• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Operations teams.

• Prepare BOMs and costing calculations.

• Analyse project requirements and propose cost-effective solutions.

• Maintain quotation records and supporting documentation.

• Support tender submissions and customer clarification requests.

• Follow up on quotation status and support the sales process.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Experience in quotation, estimation, project coordination, technical sales or engineering is advantageous.

• Able to read engineering drawings will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable handling technical information and multiple quotations.
