UX Researcher (Qualitative)

·        Degree/ Diploma in ComputerScience/IT, Engineering or equivalent. ·        Must have minimum 3-5 years ofexperience in UX Research with minimum 2-3 years of experience in qualitativeresearch methods including both traditional and modern approaches ·        Must have experience in qualitativemethods and qualitative analysis techniques – thematic analysis and affinitymapping & producing deliverables – service design blueprints, journey maps,and process flows. ·        Experience in defining researchobjectives to support the entire product lifecycle and applying user insights andsynthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables ·        Experience collaborating withProduct, Tech, Data, and Business partners and strong understanding of productdesign processes and emerging technologies. ·        Good to have experience with designand prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-augmented research methods and tools ·        Good to have experience withquantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, product analytics,CSAT) ·        Good to have experience working inAgile environment ·        Excellent Written and VerbalCommunication Skills.
