5 days in office located at CBD. 1 round of f2f interview to offer stage. about job • Lead a small team dedicated to automating deployments and engineering highly scalable, reliable system architectures • Design, construct, and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Drive the adoption of modern cloud-native environments using tools like AWS cloud and Kubernetes • Provide mentorship to junior team members while creating comprehensive technical blueprints, training guides, and troubleshooting documentation for stakeholders

skills and requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline • Min 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE, or Cloud capacity, with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, and CI/CD frameworks • Demonstrated proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization tools, specifically Terraform, Docker, and Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD • Strong foundation in Linux environments (Debian/Ubuntu) coupled with excellent scripting capabilities utilizing Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining observability, monitoring, and secret management stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Vault • Mandarin speaking required (conversational will do) as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.
