The Company Our client is a well-established real estate company with diversified investments and assets classes globally. With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to cover the regional consolidation for their growing business in Asia and acting as a strong finance business partner with regional stakeholders to support for future business expansions. The Role Reporting to Group Finance Lead, you will be responsible for the regional consolidation of over 100 entities across their regional business in Asia markets. You will also be involved in management reporting and budgeting and forecasting for the business under your care. You are acting as a key finance business partner to work with the regional stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. Most interestingly, you may be involved in system migration projects and drive strategic investment and divestment projects in the region. Your profile To be a successful candidate, you must be • A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. • Minimum 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in audit and consolidation • Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus • Relevant industry in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction is preferred • Chinese speaking is required to liaise with China counterpart stakeholders. • Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number EH13491974, by clicking the apply button.
