- Diploma or 2 years, relevant work experience in IT.
- Minimum 2 years, experience in managing and working with Microsoft Windows environment.
- Experience in IT systems and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of system patching process and experience in the administration of Microsoft System. Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft System Center Operations Manager will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and functions.
- Good understanding of change management process principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues arising out of system patching.
- Ability to perform post-patching validation of systems and applications.
