About Our Client A company in the insurance industry operating within the technology sector. Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog based on business needs and customer value.

• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and digital enhancement.

• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Support testing activities, including reviewing test scenarios and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Monitor project deliverables and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and on schedule.

• Present product plans, progress updates, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Ensure products and processes comply with applicable regulatory and governance requirements.

The Successful Applicant RequirementsExperience

• 5-7 years of product management, product ownership, or business analysis experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex digital products, platforms, or transformation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various functions and seniority levels.

• Experience working in agile delivery environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for solving business challenges through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Digital, or a related field.

• Agile certifications or practical Agile delivery experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
