Telecommunications Engineer (Wireless Network) - Up to $6000 + Fixed Allowance + Bonus

Salary: Up to $6,000 + Attractive Bonus Position: Permanent, Full-Time Location: East On behalf of our client, a telecommunications company, we are seeking for a Telecommunications Engineer to drive the design, execution, and optimization of wireless network solutions.

Job Scope

• Network Design & Optimization: Manage site acquisition, design, testing, commissioning, and drive tests for 4G, TETRA, and DMR networks.

• In-Building Solutions (IBS/IBD): Oversee indoor wireless coverage systems from design through physical installation and integration.

• Project & Financial Management: Handle project costing, timeline tracking, milestone management, and compile the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Tender & Vendor Management: Lead the technical portion of tenders, negotiate pricing with contractors/suppliers, and coordinate site deployments with building owners.

• Operations & Troubleshooting: Maintain network performance standards (GoS), manage technical trials, and resolve customer complaints with prompt technical fixes.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related

• Proven experience in wireless network deployment, site design, and In-Building Design (IBD).

• Strong technical background in 4G, TETRA, or DMR systems.

• Solid track record in project management, budgeting, and managing contractor timelines.

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to drive company transport for site visits.

• Available for 24/7 Standby and Recall duties (on rotation)

• Comfortable with working from height and harsh conditions (tunnels/construction etc)
