Sales Engineer (possess own car)

• Location: Tai Seng, Singapore

• Salary: Basic salary up to $4,500 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission

• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 830am-530pm

Job Description Our client is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to join their team and manage customers within the Oil & Gas or Control & Automation sectors. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and providing suitable engineering solutions to meet customers’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas or Control & Automation industries.

• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documentation.

• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and projects to drive sales closure.

• Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Sales experience within any engineering field is required.

• Experience in B2B technical sales, engineering solutions or industrial products will be an advantage.

• Experience dealing with Oil & Gas, Control & Automation or industrial customers is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to customers.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet customers.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
