STAFF ENGINEER, PEE DIFFUSION

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Guided by program or project objectives ·

• Serves as a subject matter expert within a technical discipline with latitude for decision making

• Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for problems of a highly complex nature

• Defines and leads large projects of a highly technical nature

• Provides input to team members and managers on project, technical or innovation issues

• Responsible for implementing changes to technologies and services

• Helps to define new standards that others will follow

• Applies extensive knowledge of a single sub-function OR advanced knowledge of multiple sub-functions

• Decisions have an impact on project success

• Impact has site or local reach

• ·Uses extensive technical knowledge of a discipline to guide decisions and strategies for a project

• Interprets customer needs to identify potential marketing opportunities · Communicates highly complex information to internal and external contacts

• Proficient to using AI tools

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering in Diffusion and Implant processes and equipment engineering

• 5+ years of experience with process and equipment engineering job role
