*Entry Level* Sales Engineer (Up to $4,200) #NJN

Jurong West/ Pioneer region 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales leads, cold calls, and customer networking.

• Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.

• Coordinate order processing, project handover, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system and track sales performance against targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Participate in customer presentations, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities as required.

• Maintain long-term customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support accounts receivable monitoring and collection when necessary.
