We are looking for a data-driven, analytically strong professional to own FBA fee strategy and incentive execution for Amazon Brazil. This role is responsible for rate card management, competitive fee analysis, incentive modeling (FBA XL program), fee review cycles, and coordination with the Ocean platform team for implementation. You will directly influence how we price 3P services to accelerate seller adoption while improving unit economics — a top priority for BR 3P leadership.

Key job responsibilities Own end-to-end 3P fee strategy for BR: rate card design across referral, FBA, Easy Ship, and Seller Flex; competitive benchmarking; and scenario modeling across ASP bands and channels Model and execute incentive programs, including investment sizing, seller eligibility rules, Ads threshold mechanics, and performance tracking Run fee review cycles, producing recommendations grounded in data on seller elasticity, competitive positioning, and P&L impact Coordinate with the Central teams to configure and launch fee changes across all channels, ensuring accurate implementation and timing Monitor competitive fee landscape continuously and produce rapid-response analysis when SICs adjust pricing Partner with Finance on investment trade-offs, budget accommodation, and OI impact modeling Support the broader fee roadmap including channel-specific pricing , OOC fee structure, and tax reform preparation (2027)

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
