Data and Analytics Manager

Essential duties andresponsibilities: ·      Business IT Liaison, Business requirements management &development. ·      Building strong partnerships with business at different levels ofthe organization ·      Business requirements analysis. ·      Generate business cases for developing and improving solutions. ·      Business IT Laison for continuous process improvements. ·      Technology leadership. ·      Identify or conceptualize solutions that will add value to ourcustomers in data analytics processes. ·      Guide business in available solutions. ·      Demonstrate a solid understanding of J&J business processesand driven environment ·      Maximize return on investment by identifying and prioritizing theproduct features by business value ·      Lead business expectations and keep business aligned to businessrequirements for any solution enhancement initiatives ·      Work closely with business partners in any process re-engineeringinitiatives ·      Project accountability as a Business IT ·      Leads the project for budget, quality and schedule ·      Partners with PLO to estimate development effort ·      Reports back to the business on status of the delivery offeatures, functionality, and applications Key Work: ·      Identify and document reporting process in each business andsolution improvements ·      Demand prioritization ·      Insights into business data to identify value creationopportunities ·      Requirements analysis ·      Prioritized user stories and story points in partnership ·      Innovative solution proposals for providing value-creation to customers ·      Process improvement tracking and measurement of business valuerealization Qualifications - External Required Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: ·      A Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent is required ·      A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, among 5 years, at least a minimum of 3 years relevant data and analytics experience isrequired ·      Ability to understand and assemble business requirements. ·      Experience with working across multiple levels of business and ITpartners. ·      Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge toexisting business processes. ·      Expertise in BI(Tableau, PowerBI),ETL(Informatica/Talend/Databricks) , AI tools and DataWareHouse(SQL, RedShift)functionality. ·      Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement, andeffectively collaborating and leading our business stakeholders ·      Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative.Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so. ·      Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fastchanging business/IT environment. ·      Ability to work in an Agile environment and working closely withshared services organization ·      Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity ·      Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills are required. Preferred Qualifications: ·      Good understanding of agile methodology. ·      Solid understanding of core technical platforms and productlifecycle maintenance. ·      Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes andprocess improvement methodologies, budgeting ·      Excellent written and oral communication skills, goodinterpersonal skills ·      Excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage othersin a collaborative environment, exceptional service orientation and strongnegotiating skills.
