Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive technical support for products to customers.

• Liaise effectively with customers, main office, agents, and relevant stakeholders concerning product support.

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the company CMP equipment and other related products.

• Provide support for the company Ozone Water Generator and additional product lines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or a technical support role within the semiconductor equipment industry.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Availability to work non-office hours and provide on-call support as required.
