Engineering Manager (Equipment Design) | Semicon | East

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical design team

• Ensure mechanical design process meets schedule

• Conduct transforming, conceptualization and design review session with internal design team

• Continuous review, development, enhance and improve company product

• Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues

• Provide technical support and solutions to product inquiry

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

• More than 8 years of design experience with strong expertise in semiconductor equipment

• Lead and manage an engineering team, providing guidance and field support

• Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communications with all levels

• Manage project timeline, resources, and cost.

• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

• Ensure design quality, reliability, and compliance.

• Align engineering work with business and product goals
