Junior Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems (Fresh Graduates Welcome to Apply)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from users and stakeholders.

• Support senior Business Analysts and project teams in understanding business processes and user needs.

• Prepare and maintain basic project documentation such as requirement documents, process flows, meeting notes, test scenarios, and user guides.

• Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and project meetings.

• Support manufacturing system projects involving equipment integration, automation, MES, and related applications.

• Assist in coordinating between business users, developers, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

• Assist in recording, tracking, and following up on system issues and user feedback.

• Help verify that system changes and enhancements meet documented business requirements.

• Support documentation of manufacturing processes, system interfaces, and application workflows.

• Learn and understand existing manufacturing systems and processes to support future enhancement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with internships, industrial attachments, academic projects, or relevant technical exposure will have an advantage.

• Basic understanding of business analysis, software development, system implementation, or application support is preferred.

• Interest in manufacturing systems, equipment automation, system integration, or enterprise applications.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems will be advantageous.

• Basic programming knowledge, particularly in C#, will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and manufacturing systems.
