Backed by a $300+ million user protection fund, it ensures the highest level of security for users' assets.What you'll doBusiness Development & Partnership Strategy- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to scale Bitget Wallet’s Card and PayFi business globally.- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard key partners, including card issuers, BIN sponsors, payment processors, banking partners, fintech platforms, stablecoin infrastructure providers, and merchant ecosystems.- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with external partners to drive transaction volume, user growth, and ecosystem expansion.PayFi Ecosystem Development- Drive partnerships and business initiatives across the PayFi ecosystem, including stablecoin payments, crypto-linked cards, embedded finance, cross-border payments, yield-enabled payment products, and on-chain settlement infrastructure.- Explore innovative partnership models that connect DeFi liquidity and on-chain assets with real-world payment and spending use cases.- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop next-generation payment experiences powered by crypto and blockchain infrastructure.Channel Partner Development- Develop and expand channel partnership networks to drive user acquisition, card distribution, and regional market penetration.- Establish strategic collaborations with ecosystem partners, payment aggregators, and distribution platforms to accelerate adoption of Bitget Wallet’s card and PayFi offerings.Go-to-Market Execution- Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Growth, and regional teams to launch and scale card and PayFi initiatives globally.- Drive execution of go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, incentive programs, and regional expansion plans.Market Intelligence & Product Feedback- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies across crypto payments, PayFi, stablecoins, and fintech infrastructure.- Collect partner and user feedback to help shape product strategy, feature prioritization, and business expansion decisions.Industry Representation- Represent Bitget Wallet at industry conferences, payment forums, and ecosystem events to strengthen brand presence and establish strategic industry relationships.What you'll need- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Development, or Product Management within fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.- Strong understanding of card issuing, payment networks, BIN sponsorship, settlement flows, stablecoins, and global payment infrastructure.- Familiarity with PayFi, crypto payments, embedded finance, DeFi, or on-chain financial infrastructure.- Experience developing channel partnerships, affiliate ecosystems, or distribution networks is highly preferred.- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex strategic partnerships.- Strong network across fintech, payment providers, banking partners, stablecoin ecosystems, channel partners, and Web3 infrastructure projects.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.- Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!For more information regarding candidates' personal data processing, please refer to Bitget Candidate Privacy Notice.
