Earn Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:1.Responsible for the overall operation of Earn products, with in-depth understanding of savings, structured products, and lending. Able to utilize various online operational strategies to enhance product exposure and brand awareness.2.Familiar with On-Chain, quantitative investment models, and capable of planning Earn activities for project partners.3.Deeply explore effective user growth and retention strategies to achieve precise user conversion and facilitate large-scale user growth for the platform.4.Drive product development and optimization to establish a growth loop for users, guiding them from new users to high-value users.Job Requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; prior experience in Earn operations at top-tier exchanges is preferred.2.Proficient in English as a working language; capable of crafting content such as promotional articles and marketing plans for investment and wealth management campaigns.3.Possess keen analytical skills to identify user needs and demonstrate data analysis capabilities.4.Familiar with financial investments such as funds, stocks, securities, quantitative strategies, indices, etc.; have a strong interest in the industry, foresight, and the ability to innovate and handle pressure.5.Strong logical thinking, communication, and execution abilities; proactive, eager to learn, and open-minded.6.Capable of independent thinking, resourceful in leveraging team collaboration, and committed to achieving shared goals.
