Operation Manager - Regulated Business

What You'll DoAs a Regulated Business Leader Trainee, you will rotate across key business functions and prepare to lead one of KuCoin's licensed entities.Your responsibilities may include: Support the launch and growth of new licensed markets Drive local business operations and user growth initiatives Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Payment teams Build relationships with local partners and financial institutions Coordinate cross-functional projects across global teams Participate in strategic planning and market expansion initiatives Prepare to take ownership of a local entity and business performance Who We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a crypto exchange or fintech company Background in Operations, Product, Growth, Strategy or Payments Strong ownership mindset Excellent communication skills in English Able to work in a fast-paced global environment Open to international travel and future relocation Preferred: Payment or Banking experience Market launch experience Cross-functional leadership experience
