As the Product Manager leading Search’s Share System, you will own the end-to-end user experience of Share across Search. Being at the intersection of consumer growth and ML, you will be the first in the industry to invent new AI-sharing paradigms. This is a high-visibility, 0-to-1 leadership role where you will drive the search-wide product roadmap for Share and Live Notifications, ultimately shaping how billions of users interact with and distribute Google's flagship AI capabilities.In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. - Build a content marketing funnel to drive subscriber growth at scale, partnering with go-to-market (GTM) to bring moments to life for free and paid users.
- Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across acquisition and engagement channels (including email, in-product messages and recommendations, landing pages, and GEO) to acquire, onboard, and retain music and premium members globally.
- Manage all facets of marketing campaigns from concept, strategy, and creative production to launch coordination, optimization, and reporting—leveraging AI technologies to maximize efficiency and performance. Design and execute rigorous A/B tests.
- Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to extract insights, uncover net-new growth levers, and streamline the user conversion funnel. Establish business cases for long-term growth.
- Partner with growth experts across teams to accelerate user growth and enhance the core product experience. Develop audience insights.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working on a consumer-facing subscription product or service in the technology or entertainment industry, including the streaming landscape and the YouTube ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience doing content marketing, building funnels for movies and shows.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or product marketing, with a focus on subscription business models, lifetime value (LTV)/customer acquisition cost (CAC) modeling, and financial planning.
- Experience developing and executing global scaled campaigns end-to-end. Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem, including ads, social media, eCommerce, and web analytics.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
