IT Support Engineer

• Provide support for Windows system (Server & Client) administration. • Windows server/client security compliance and remediation. • Support email infrastructure built on Exchange/O365 and client-side Outlook issues. • Setup and troubleshoot core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print services. • Support O365 services - Intune, Teams, OneDrive. • Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
