Financial Analyst, S$4.4K, 12-month, CBD

Job Scope: Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes

• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations

Business Performance Analysis

• Collect and consolidate data from Regions and Countries to support monthly internal reporting, financial planning, and forecasting processes

• Prepare and consolidate monthly Area sales forecasts/estimates by country

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting at functional and departmental levels

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support monthly close, forecasts, Latest Best Estimates (LBE), and other divisional reporting requirements

• Provide financial support to the commercial team, including analysis and business partnering

• Reconcile service equipment with accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Extract reports from SAP and analyze financial data to generate actionable insights

• Upload and extract financial data in TM1 system for planning and reporting purposes

Business Partnering

• Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and functional teams

Job Requirement:

• Finance / Business background

• Ownership and accountability, responsible and dedicated in meeting deadlines

• Able to stay focused, able to cope with fast pace, evolving environment & process

• High competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Confident in handling massive data and numbers

• Ability to work independently, analytical mind

• Comfortable and willing to communicate with various stake holders (counterparts across countries, functions), not afraid to confront

• Open Minded, Positive

Additional Information:

• Salary – Up to S$4.4K per month + 1-month bonus

• Contract duration: 12-month contract

• Commencement Date: Oct 2026

• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Location: Bugis
