IT Service Desk Support Engineer - 1 Year Contract

💻 IT SERVICE DESK SUPPORT ENGINEER | 1-YEAR CONTRACT 📍 Location: Depot Road 💰 Salary: Up to $3,300/month ⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM( Mon - Fri) 🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-level IT service desk support to users

• Attend to IT enquiries, incidents and technical issues

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues

• Perform basic system checks and resolve technical issues

• Log, track and update incidents in the service desk system

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams

• Follow IT procedures, SOPs and service level requirements

• Provide remote or on-site support when required

• Participate in the 24/7 duty phone rotation

• Perform other IT support duties as assigned

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• IT-related Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec preferred

• Previous IT helpdesk, service desk or desktop support experience preferred

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware and software

• Able to work independently and handle user issues professionally

• Willing to take up the 24/7 duty phone on a rotational basis
