Data Centre Field Engineer

DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5 years Data Centre operations experience preferable in a team. • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities • Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices • Experienced in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors. • Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize in-house software. • Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in-writing. • Possesses a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks. • An analytical and inquiring mind to derive innovative solutions. • Able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Must have experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions.
